The adventure to Marrakech
“Hi guys. I thought it easier to pop as much info on a private web page, so you can get a feel for what an amazing weekend this will be & get you all excited to go. Fred & Rosena that own the Farasha Farmhouse have kindly held the dates for us, for the next few days. Have a read and lets try and get everyone booked in as soon as possible! ” Steven
Escape the everyday and step into something altogether more magical, a long weekend designed for indulgence, connection, and a touch off adventure. Imagine days filled with sun-drenched laughter, evenings alive with music and dancing, and slow, luxurious mornings spent poolside with friends. This is more than a getaway; it’s an invitation to experience the rhythm and richness of Marrakech in a way few ever do.
FARASHA FARMHOUSE
For those who have never been, this is your moment. You’re embarking on a journey to a land of vibrant culture, warm desert air, and deep tranquillity. From Saturday 26th September to Wednesday 30th September 2026, the plan is to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Farasha Farmhouse, a hidden gem set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Owned by Fred and Rosena, this extraordinary retreat sits within seven hectares of lush, walled land, where everything you taste is grown, picked, and prepared on-site with care.
Food is at the heart of the experience. From the revitalising burst of their signature organic “green juice” each morning to meals crafted from vegetables harvested fresh that very day, every bite tells a story of the land. The terracotta buildings glow warmly in the Moroccan sun, and the surrounding landscape, raw, expansive, and quietly majestic, has a way of drawing you in and slowing you down. It doesn’t take long before the outside world feels very far away.
If we book the entire farmhouse, the experience becomes even more special. With just 11 rooms available, we have the opportunity to make the space entirely our own, paired with a generous 25% discount offered by Fred and Rosena should we fill all rooms. Despite its intimate size, the retreat is supported by a team of over 30 staff, ensuring every detail is taken care of. From on-demand drivers to an in-house trekking guide ready to lead you into the mountains from the farmhouse, adventure and ease exist side by side.
But this weekend isn’t just about peace, it’s about energy, too. With decks set up on-site, the days we have the farmhouse to ourselves will be soundtracked by our own DJs, bringing that unmistakable Northern Irish energy and craic to the desert. This is a trip that balances beautifully between the party and the pause, where sunrise swims and green juices can easily turn into sunset sessions and dancing under the stars.
And when the city calls, we answer. Nights out in the stunning, French-colonial heart of Marrakech open the door to world-class bars and clubs, while a boozy Sunday brunch, hosted by some of the city’s best DJs and their circle, offers a chance to fully immerse yourself in its electric social scene. You won’t just visit Marrakech; you’ll experience the personalities and places that define it.
Fred and Rosena have kindly offered to connect us with some of the very best restaurants and late-night venues the city has to offer, as well as arrange bespoke touches back at the farmhouse, from yoga sessions to anything else that elevates the experience.
And then there’s the pool, a stunning 50-metre stretch of shimmering calm. Whether you’re seeking quiet moments with a book in the shade or prefer to start your day with cocktails and laughter, there’s space for every mood. Farasha Farmhouse offers the perfect balance: serenity for those who want to unwind, and a vibrant, social atmosphere for those ready to celebrate.
This isn’t just a trip. It’s a shared experience, one that promises unforgettable memories, incredible food, soulful downtime, and unforgettable nights. A perfect blend of escape, culture, and celebration, set in one of the most captivating places in the world.
